Thank you for purchasing a Voucher.

You may only use 1 Voucher per person. 

Vouchers are valid for the option purchased and cannot be 'split' or exchanged for other treatments.

 

My partnership with Groupon is an introductory offer for new clients only.  Please do not purchase multiple vouchers other than as gifts.  

The Security Code will be required at booking. Without this, the booking is NOT confirmed. The appointment will be held for 48hrs.  If no email/text is received to provide the code and confirm the booking within 48hrs, it will be released and allocated to another client.

I will also require the following:

  • a contact number 

  • an email address (if not already provided).  This is so that I can send the Consultation Form to you for completion prior to your appointment.  The Form will come from 'FacesApp'

  • A Reminder will also be sent BY EMAIL which will come from Serenity Steps.

PLEASE BE A CONSIDERATE CLIENT

Unfortunately, I have had to take the above steps due to numerous ocurrances of clients 'reserving' appointments and then not providing the requested information.  This results in genuine clients having to wait longer for appointments.  

LATE ARRIVAL

Delays are inevitable.  Please let me know if you are going to be late for your appointment.  If you arrive e more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be reduced.

CANCELLATIONS

I operate a 24hr Cancellation policy however, I do appreciate that things can happen unexpectedly.  Please let me know as soon as possible BEFORE your appointment otherwise this will be a 'No Show' and your Voucher will be redeemed.  YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
